Recently, two of our Peak City Puppy team members went the extra mile to ensure that a client pet, Skittle, was taken care of during a scary health situation. Here’s what our very HAPPY CLIENT had to say about Courtney R. and Jennifer B.!

“I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your staff.  They have been amazing as usual, but even over and above this weekend.  Jennifer texted me on Sunday morning with an issue with Skittle bleeding from his nose.  She did a phenomenal job informing Courtney and keeping her abreast of the situation.  Courtney followed up with me that afternoon and took care of getting him to the animal hospital late Sunday night.  I truly don’t know what I would have done had they not been so caring, efficient and truly amazing! Being far away and not able to just quickly get back is difficult but I felt at ease knowing all was being done for him that could be.  They truly take their job over and above what’s expected.  Courtney has even followed up to how he’s doing.  And Jennifer has been contacting Courtney as well.  I have expressed to VSH and Carrboro Animal Hospital what a wonderful asset your company is to us.  And if ever someone is looking for “pet sitters” you ARE the only company I would recommend.  Again – Thank you to you and your staff for having what it takes to make pet owners feel important and comforted we leave our pets in your hands.”
